The Dream is Over

And so there will be no Marathon for Steve this year, not even a Snickers! Popped cartilage between my 7th, 8th and 9th ribs mean no training for the next 4-6 weeks. Not just training, no heavy physical activity of any sort...boy I'm going to be grumpy.
